I was Born and raised in South London with Caribbean heritage, I am obsessed with culinary arts. I have over 11 years of experience in the industry, being both trained by Gordon Ramsay's Bread Street Kitchen and Jamie Oliver's Italian. I have served a wide array of private clients from HNWI's Such as Football Players to your doorstep. I am constantly creating menus which combine bold flavour's and favourites. I love a wide range of cuisines, always trying new things and experimenting with vegan dishes. My passion lies in the creative side of cooking - artful presentation and putting a twist on the ordinary
