With over 15 years of diverse experience spanning business operations, coaching, and project management within a variety of industries, Abigail blends structure and soul to create real lasting impact. Her background spans startups, consultancies, and universities, where she’s developed and delivered training, mentored teams, and transformed big visions into everyday realities. Abigail has led startup and growth initiatives, scaling teams and workflows from scratch and is known for helping founders and businesses bring clarity to chaos.
Holding a First Class Honours degree in Accounting & Business Management, Abigail’s academic prowess laid the foundation for her analytical and structured approach to business. Her journey includes pivotal roles in executive support, project management, office management, and coaching, all of which contribute to her holistic understanding of organisational dynamics.
Whilst studying Business, Accounting, and Entrepreneurship, Abigail earned recognition through a competitive business accelerator. Since then, she’s worked with founders, ex-Big 4 professionals, and grassroots entrepreneurs earning a reputation for being solutions focused, emotionally intelligent, and operationally brilliant.
