Setting off
The first thing you’ll need to do is to book a discovery call, followed by an Initial Consultation. The discovery call is a 15-minute conversation where we talk about what you’re looking to do and make sure that we have everything we need for the initial consultation.

During the initial consultation, we will look at your project in more detail, making sure we have a full understanding of what you want to do and why. We’ll also complete a full site evaluation to ensure that everything is in order and there won’t be any unexpected surprises. Once we’ve completed the site evaluation, we’ll collate the expected regulatory applications required and bring it together in a report that will also contain an estimation for the project.

The Journey
Once you’ve given us confirmation to start the project, we’ll book in a time for us to begin. We’ll complete and manage the project, keeping you updated throughout.

The Destination
After we’ve completed the work, we’ll ask you to let us know of any snagging issues within three months so that we can come in and fix them. Usually, they are quick fixes, and we spot them during the build, but we like to give you this support if there is anything you spot after we’ve finished.
